Free workshop
In cooperation with Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Centre in Watford General Hospital I am inviting you for an online workshop. The workshop will be held on Saturday 18th of February 2023 at 10 am London time.
The aim is to get to know each other and for me to understand what kind of practice would suit you best. We will also discuss possibilities of organizing Yoga classes on a regular basis.
The session will last up to one hour. We will also include a gentle 30-40 min long practice. Please have a yoga mat and a blanket ready. It is your choice if you prefer to have the camera on or off during the class. Having the camera on helps me to follow you and assist you with the practice. Majority of the practice is done on the mat laying down or sitting but we also stand up. Therefore, people joining should be comfortable with standing up and sitting back down independently. The practice will be adjusted so that everyone can participate.
Here is the link to join the class.

I am really looking forward to hearing back from you all. And I am open to assist with any questions you may have.
