There is nothing nicer then to do things you love. And if you can combine it, even better!
Yoga and hiking are an important part of my life. Weekends in the countryside are a great opportunity to recharge and meet new people. As I tend to do really long hikes (at least 15 miles / 24 km) my legs get very stiff and I find it hard to relax and sleep well after the day out. Therefore I started to experiment with yoga postures which will help my body to stretch and relax. And now I would love to share those tips with you too. :)

As most of us are going on long hikes during the weekend, the class will be held every Mon from 08:15 until 09:00 pm BST (starting from Mon 19th of Apr 2021).
Price for the drop in class is £6.
