Do you know the feeling when something is giving you an itch and you can’t control it, you just want to fix it?
Same thing happens to me when I am observing people’s postures – I have a big desire to approach them and correct their neck and shoulders alignment.
As soon I mention this to someone, they straighten their back and open the chest. Admit it, did you do the same? :)
In following posts I will be sharing more tips about the posture and what can you do to improve it and release tension in your upper body.
In the meantime, try out this two simple things:
– Whenever you remember, lengthen your neck and hold your chin parallel to the floor. Relax your shoulders. Repeating this movement will assist you to build a new habit.
– When you use your phone again, hold it closer to your eye level to avoid hinging forward.
