Pranayama is defined as breath control practice. Inadequate breathing has negative effect to our health but we still often forget to breathe deeply and properly. The aim of the workshop is to bring back our awareness to the breath and to connect with it.  This one hour long workshop will be very calming and relaxing. We will practice few simple asanas but the full attention will be orientated to breathing techniques. You can prepare bolster, cushions or blankets which you will use as a support during the class. I am really looking forward to welcome you and to share this experience with all of you.
