How many times have you heard cues as “squeeze your belly in” or “use your root lock” during a yoga class but you weren’t quite sure what does it mean or what is the purpose of it?
Using Bandhas (locks) can significantly change and improve our practice. It helps us with alignment and assist us to go deeper into the posture.
Bandhas are connected to energy and yoga philosophy. But during this class we will concentrate on the practical point of view – how to properly use root lock and abdominal lock, which benefits will you see in your alignment and how it will enhance your personal practice.
After a short introduction we will practice together and learn how to activate our Bandhas.
