Before you buy the course there a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me. Please read the terms below and if you have any questions once you’ve finished please do not hesitate to get in touch and I would be happy to chat further.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the self-study programme, “Evidence-Based Yoga for Desk Professionals” offered by Yoga Path Within. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Yoga Path Within (“I”, “me” or “my”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the Evidence-based Yoga for Desk Professionals course. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.
Course Outline
Evidence-Based Yoga for Desk Professionals is a self-study course that combines yoga practice with scientific research to support people experiencing health issues such as neck and shoulder pain, tension headaches and fatigue associated with desk-based work and prolonged screen use.
Course Specifics
Following successful purchase of the bundle you will receive access to the platform and the course material from 02nd March 2026. As you are joining the founder launch, materials will be released every week: 02nd March, 09th March, 16th March and 23rd March 2026.
You will then have the opportunity to work through the course material in your own time. The course provides strategies to help you set intentions for your future.
In working through the material, participants can achieve a meaningful reduction in neck and shoulder pain, improve mobility in the upper back and spine, experience less fatigue and fewer headaches associated with prolonged screen use, use breath-based techniques to support stress regulation.
This is a personal course for you to complete entirely at your own speed. For best results it is recommended that you under-take each module separately and allow for a short period of reflection and repetition of exercises in between each module.
It is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to complete the self-study materials will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results. The course is not bespoke and includes general advice should you feel that you need additional support, such as 1:1 support, that can be provided separately. The material in this course could cause additional issues to arise, at no point should you delay in obtaining medical input from health professionals.
It is not intended that you will finish the course with a complete and detailed plan. Evidence-Based Yoga for Desk Professionals course provides strategies and methods to help you insert regular short breaks and movement into your working day in order to reduce health issues caused by desk work and sedentary lifestyle. It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the course to your personal circumstances both during the course and afterwards. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the course is unique to them. The aim is that following completion of the course you will have new information, strategies and techniques to significantly reduced issues caused by desk work.
Please be aware that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.
Payment Terms
The cost of the programme for founder launch is £128. This is a one-off payment and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).
Support
The aim for this course is that you should be able to access the course material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of your PDF download or accessing the pre-recorded videos then I am happy to help you to get up and running. Please email to info@yogapathwithin.com and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 6pm. I aim to respond to you the same day if you email during those hours.
Once you have finished going through the course material you may wish to work with me further. I am a Yoga teacher, offering regular on-line group classes. Please be aware that additional charges will apply to any group classes one to one coaching provided.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.
Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others on the course. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured.

Refunds and Cancellation
As you are purchasing digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. In purchasing the course, you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.
Should you consider that the digital download is faulty for any reason then please confirm so immediately and a further copy will be provided. Should you have any concerns or questions please contact me on info@yogapathwithin.com
Intellectual Property
You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain me, Yoga Path Within. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have any feedback about the course, please do share it with me. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. I really hope that you love this course as much as I do but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made to made in writing to info@yogapathwithin.com
General
Throughout the programme Anita Bubic will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm. Anita Bubic will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.

Additional Programme Terms
Evidence-Based Yoga for Desk Professionals Programme Outline
The Evidence-Based Yoga for Desk Professionals coaching programme is an 4-week online group programme which provides support and education to professionals working at a desk and how it can reduce health issues caused by sedentary lifestyle and long hours in front of a screen,
Programme Specifics
Throughout the 4-week coaching programme you will learn how to introduce regular, short breaks in your working day and sets of exercises you can use to reduce neck and shoulder pain, improve upper back mobility and breathing pattern, reduce tension headache and afternoon energy drop.
There are three elements to the programme:
- Group Coaching
- Self-Study
- Private Zenler group
Group Coaching
The group coaching programme will be led exclusively by Anita Bubic qualified Yoga Teacher.
Coaching sessions will take place three times during the course duration for one hour via Zoom calls. Timeline of coaching sessions will be shared with you via email.
During each group coaching session, you will be led through the course materials with the help and support of Anita Bubic. The Evidence-Based Yoga for Desk Professionals is a tested and trusted methodology to support those experiencing issues connected to desk work.
Self-Study
In addition to the group coaching sessions there were will be course materials provided for self-study. The materials will be provided to you via Zenler platform. For best results it is important that you complete the self-study materials between sessions. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to appreciate and learn from the preceding or following week’s session.
Private Zenler Community
You will have access to a private Zenler Community to support you during the programme. The intention of the Zenler Community is to provide a community support network and enhance the programme experience.
From time-to-time Anita Bubic may post and offer support but there is no guarantee that posts will be responded to or a Zenler Community monitored. The substantive method of communication will be via email and the substantive coaching will take place on the scheduled Zoom calls.
Yoga Path Within do not run or own the Zenler community and make no guarantees that the Zenler Community will be available at any specific time.
Behaviour
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. Yoga Path Within will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other course participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate Yoga Path Within reserve the right to remove you from the programme with immediate effect.
General
It is the intention that the Evidence-Based Yoga for Desk Professionals course will run for 4 weeks consecutively. Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session to be postponed it will be added to the end of the programme. All sessions will have taken place within a 6-week period from the start of the course.
